Notes:
1. A team wins a H2H game if its average score is more than the average score of the opponent team. Similar logic for ties and losses.
2. Incase of a tie in ranks after the round robin stage is over, the NPR(Net Points Ratio) is considered as the tie breaker. NPR is calculated as follows: If A has scored 18000 points and let other teams score 19000 points against it, A's NPR is 18000/19000 = 0.9474. If NPR fails to break the tie(which is near impossible), head to head results between the tied teams will be considered. If that cannot break the tie, bonus points earned will be considered. If even that cannot break the tie, the total points scored by the teams will be considered. If that cannot break the tie either, the team of the player with maximum FC points amongst the players in the tied teams, will be ranked better than the other team.
3. A game is considered a washout if neither of the competing teams score any points on that day. Even if 1 point is scored by either team, the match will have a result(Win/Loss or Tie).
4. Washout games will be moved to the next available rest/reserve day, and each game can be moved only twice(in order to prevent other games possibly getting affected).
5. Incase there are no more rest days or a game has been moved twice already, the game will be declared as a washout.
6. Incase there is a tie or washout in the playoff stage, the team ranked better at the end of the round robin stage wins the game.

Leagues and Deadlines
1.Points Count League:
The team with the most cumulative points at the end of the series will win the "Points Count League"(PCL). Simple!
(eg: if there are five teams with 11 players in all, and if team A scores 18000, B scores 17500, C scores 19000, D scores 18900 and E(team with 3 players) scores 17300(note: this 17300 is the sum of points of just the best and worst players of the 3 representing E. The third(middle) person's points are not considered.), then C wins the Points Count League!)
2.Head to Head League:
a) The winner of the Head to Head League(H2HL) will be decided after a series of head to head games between teams, and then playoffs based on the rankings after the round robin stage.
b) We will be following "6 points per game" system. Ties/Washouts mean that each team gets 3 points. Winning team gets 5 points and 1 bonus point if it's score is greater than 125% of the losing team's score. If not, the bonus point goes to the losing team. So, the possible points distributions from a game are 3-3, 6-0 and 5-1.
***
NOTE: 08EngvsNZ series was an exception where the following system was used:
1) The winning team in each round robin game gets 4 points and a bonus point if the losing team's score is less than 80% of the winning team's score(or the winning team's score is greater than 125% of the losing team's score).
2) The losing team gets nothing.
3) Incase of a washout(definition of a washout in the post above this one) or a tie, the teams get 2 points each.
***
c) The average points of the teams will be compared to decide who the winner is(unlike PCL, where cumulative points are considered. this won't matter if the number of players are even, i.e., there is no 3-member team).
d) The scheduling will depend on how many of our teams/players are participating for that particular series, and will also be based on how many actual cricket games the series comprises of. The scheduling will be complete as early as 6 days before the series starts and no later than 2 days before the series starts.
Deadline For Expressing Interest In Participating:
Players should express interest no later than 1 week before a series starts. There will be a "core" group of players at any point who will automatically qualify for playing. This deadline is more for the newbies willing to participate in double wicket than for the "core" group. This deadline will also be applicable for the "core" group, if they do not want to participate in DW for a particular series.

Forming Teams
1. Teams for any given series will be formed based on the results of the recently concluded series at that point in time, with the best ranked team pairing with the worst ranked team, and so on.(note: sometimes, the result of one series can be the basis in which teams are formed for more than one series!)
2. There will be a 3-membered team, comprising of the middle 3 ranks(eg: 5, 6 and 7 if 11 teams participate), if the total number of interested players is odd.
3. Should there be a tie in rankings for the series which decides the teams for the next series, the lowest ranked complementary ranked player will get to pick first, the next lowest next and so on.
4. If a player who did not participate in series A, which decides the ranking for series B, shows interest in double wicket for series B, he will be considered as the least ranked player when teams are formed. If more than one such player wants to play, the last one to express interest will be ranked the least and so on.
